About the Course
In this course you will explore meditative and healing practices to help you discover and connect with your inner truth. Each workshop will build on the last, moving you through layers of healing and inner exploration. Join us for an uplifting and inspiring journey to clear blocks, heal old wounds, rewrite your story and move into living more fully in the present.
Each workshop consists of teachings, meditation, activities focused on that day’s theme, and a closing healing session including a varied combination of acupuncture/acupressure, sound healing, Reiki and more.

What did you gain from this workshop?
1st Class: Clarity + Truth
Clarity is discernment, awareness and alignment. Clarity helps us understand our true and authentic nature. What is your truth? Who are you? In our first workshop, we will establish a centering meditation practice and begin cultivating a clear mind. We will explore intentions for the workshop through written/art exercises and dive deeper into exploring truth through meditative and contemplative exercises. Finish with our closing healing session.
2nd Class: Exploring Embodiment
When you truly embody who you are, you set clear boundaries and stand in your power. In our third workshop, we will attune ourselves to our physical form and our energetic boundaries through fun and interactive exercises. Finish with closing healing session.
3rd Class: Embracing Joy
Joy may seem like a fleeting emotion, but it is always available to you. In our fourth workshop, we will explore access points to your innate sense of joy and how to create self-care rituals that support your well-being. Grief, anxiety and anger will be addressed. Finish with closing healing session.
4th Class: Finding the Flow
What are you attached to? How can you let things go? As you release resistance and drop expectations in your life, you allow yourself to flow. In our final workshop, we will delve into mindfulness practices that help us navigate the parts of life that snag us most: what we cling to. Finish with closing healing session.
